To define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and to maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Strategic planning for future development, since it is the business manager’s responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the Company. 

Responsible to develop business via social media and other related sales leads and work in close liaison with department to extend market reach.

Present to / consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new services, products and sales channels.

Work with technical staff to design the product as per customer needs and understand the technical information related to products.

Liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Work with internal cross-functional teams to improve product life cycle in order to enhance quality, cost and improvement in lead times.
