Responsible for all recruitment & selection tasks from Manpower Requisition to Advertisement, Sourcing, Short listing, Interview Scheduling, and coordinating Interviews
Employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Maintain and update resume bank. Manage all walk-in interviews and categorize them for future consideration and update in data bank
Responsible to Post position over social media, Drafting and preparation of all recruitment related documents.
Responsible for initial screening. Update interview sheet, Recruitment status sheet and record their feedback, Conduct follow up calls to the candidates before their interviews, share schedule with interview panel and coordinate at reception
Send regret emails to disqualified candidates. Responsible for Completion of recruitment checklist which includes: Updated Resume, Interview Evaluation Form along with the remarks and source, Job description, Organogram, Approved Requisition, Educational Documents, Experience Letters etc.
Coordinate with IT Department for employee code, email configuration etc. Develop Job description in case if it is not provided by the Department.
