Preparation of annual sales forecast of the region.

Leads and manages the Sales team to achieve assigned sales and recovery targets.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, contribute ideas for new product development by monitoring new/existing customer business activities.

Ensure customer retention and work closely with customers to plan and implement appropriate sales strategies.

Liaison with Sales Support and department with respect to costing of products, recoveries and P&L of products with respect to the assigned region.

Coordinate with and give inputs in the development of integrated communications and collaterals. 

Ensure that Sales team has professional product knowledge and sales skills to sell the product in the market.

Ensure excellent customer services through effective internal / external communication, desired quality of finished product and timely deliveries.
