  • Coordination with Sales Team, handling back end office working. Provide assistance to relevant departments in planning & Achievement of Sales & Recoveries target
  • Support Sales and Operations, Support Supervisor and Manager to execute daily responsibilities and meet objectives associated with all order fulfillment activities
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external customer contact.
  • Report discrepancies in customer forecasting; recommend solutions for improving accuracy
  • Provide accurate and continual communications to internal customers regarding order fulfillment status and specifics as appropriate (inventory, transportation, invoicing, etc.)

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, Excellent team development and leadership skills, Power point, Word
